Our Commitment
SATEZO does not send, and does not permit anyone to send, unsolicited bulk email (spam) advertising satezo.com, satezo.org, satezo.tech, or any other SATEZO property. This policy applies to all SATEZO employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and any third party acting on our behalf.
What This Policy Prohibits
- Sending commercial email to recipients who have not consented or with whom we have no legitimate business relationship.
- Harvesting email addresses from websites or purchasing lists of recipients who have not agreed to be contacted.
- Using false or misleading sender names, subject lines, or headers.
- Sending email through unauthorized relays or falsified infrastructure.
Requirements for Our Commercial Email
Every commercial message sent by or for SATEZO must:
- Identify SATEZO accurately as the sender.
- Be sent only on the basis of consent or a legitimate business interest.
- Include a working unsubscribe mechanism.
- Honor every unsubscribe request within 10 days.
Once a recipient opts out, they are permanently suppressed from future commercial contact.
Third Parties and Affiliates
No affiliate, partner, or third party is authorized to advertise any SATEZO domain using unsolicited messages. Any party found doing so will have their relationship with SATEZO terminated immediately.
Enforcement
Violations of this policy by any employee, contractor, or partner result in immediate corrective action, up to and including termination of the relationship. We investigate every abuse report we receive.
Reporting Abuse
If you believe you have received unsolicited email referencing a SATEZO domain, report it to contact@satezo.com with the full message headers. We respond to all abuse reports.
